We ship from Hong Kong

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) and shipped the next business day after processing.(Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons).  Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Due to high demand, orders may take 1-3 weeks to arrive.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.

Our prices are displayed tax-free in USD/GBP. However, you may be responsible for local import duties, VAT, or taxes depending on your country’s laws. These are not covered by FusionWipe and must be handled by the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customers department in your country.
